Together, we'll create a practical and achievable nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you work towards your health goals with confidence.

Review consultation (30minutes) $100
Follow-up appointments provide ongoing support and guidance as you work towards your health goals. We'll review your progress, celebrate successes, discuss any challenges you've encountered, and make adjustments to your nutrition plan where needed. These sessions are tailored to your individual journey and help ensure you feel supported every step of the way.

 

Chronic Disease Management (Care Plan) Consultation

If you have been referred by your GP under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan, this consultation provides personalised nutrition support to help manage your health condition. During the appointment, we will discuss your medical history, current dietary habits, and health goals, and develop practical nutrition strategies tailored to your needs. A written report will be provided to your GP following the consultation to support your ongoing care. The Medicare rebate amount is set by Medicare and may not cover the full consultation fee, so a gap payment may apply.

 

NDIS Pricing

NDIS dietetic services are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Fees may vary depending on the type and duration of service provided, including consultations, report writing, travel, and communication with other members of your support team.
